Stress Management Practices

7pm - 8:30pm in Fireside Room

A FREE 90-minute session featuring three stress management practices: Guided meditation, Qigong mindful movement, and Healing Touch. Led by therapists from Blossom Whole Family therapy, each practice will include time for question and discussion. This is the third session in their Managing Stress and Building Resiliency series, and a great opportunity to Be Present during Holy Week.
