Music is a big part of Mount Olivet's worship and community experiences. Each service brings a unique style of liturgy and incorporates excellent musicians.
Traditional worship at 9am on Sundays showcases our adult Chancel Choir which is made up of singers of all ability levels. This service led by either organ or piano.
Contemporary worship at 10:45am on Sundays is led by a live band. We have a wonderfully talented group of rotating team members who bring their unique gifts to the mix.
Contemporary worship at 6:15pm on Wednesdays is a 30-minute worship experience especially for those who attend programming after the service.

The Music Teams
CHANCEL CHOIR
Open to Grade 10 to age 110, the Chancel Choir is open to adults of all ages and musical abilities (no experience necessary).
The Chancel Choir is Mount Olivet’s primary adult large ensemble. The choir family meets weekly to rehearse and connect through song and prayer. The Choir leads worship for 9am worship most Sundays of the program year. Come when you can, leave when you must.
Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:30pm in the Music Room.
Worship Band
Our Worship Band is an auditioned ensemble that leads the Sunday 10:45am worship service and Wednesday Night 6:25pm Service, made up of a combination of amateur and professional musicians.
