MENTAL HEALTH CONNECT

Mental Health Connect (MHC) is an interfaith collaborative ministry and works to provide community-based resources, support, and education to improve access to mental health services and to connect individuals and families with services they need. Navigating the ins and out of the mental health system is overwhelming, especially when mental health symptoms are present. MHC supports people in their desire to feel better and embrace their strengths through their journey to mental health and wellness. MHC provides free individualized mental health resource assistance through the MHC Navigator. You can call or text 612-312-3377, or visit www.mhconnect.org to take the first step.

Testimonials

  • “It feels like we’re taking positive steps and for that I am feeling more hopeful.”

  • “The greatest gift that I have received from your program is knowing that you believe in me, and believe that I can do. I am not a superhero and I have to tackle one thing at a time. You helped me to realize that.”

  • “I never would have found this resource without you. All I had energy for was talking to you. Now I can work on my grief with others who are suffering like I am. Thank you.”
