Welcome! As we journey together in the call process to discern Mount Olivet’s next Lead Pastor, this page serves as a central hub for updates, resources, and ways to stay connected. We invite you to follow along, share your voice, and hold the committee in prayer throughout this important time in the life of our congregation.

Important Updates

  • The Call Committee and Council are pleased to present their recommendation for our next Lead Pastor. On Sunday, October 5, 2025, we will have a combined worship service at 10 am followed by a Special Congregational Meeting at 11 am in the sanctuary for the congregation to vote on the candidate.

  • Creating a Ministry Site Profile to submit to the Minneapolis Area Synod

  • Reviewing and interviewing pastoral candidates

  • Discerning and recommending a final candidate to the Church Council

Below are the key milestones that guide our work. This timeline will be updated as the process progresses.
