Christian Yoga will be back again for the winter. Beginners are welcome - no yoga experience is necessary. This gentle class includes prayer, scripture, breath, hatha (physical) yoga postures and meditation on the Word of God. We’ll move and breathe together with Christian music saturating our mind and heart – keeping our focus on Christ.
